Type: High Activity

Group size: 12-and up

Equipment: A soft soccer ball or some smaller ball, like a volleyball. Needs to be played with soccer goals. Can be played in a gym or on a field.


  1. The object of the game is to throw the ball in the soccer goal. 
  2. When you have the ball, you are able to take 2 steps with it, then you must throw to one of your teammates. 
  3. The ball can only be thrown to score.  If it touches the ground, it must be kicked up into a player hands.
  4. In order to score, you must be behind the goalie box.

Hints: Use a soft, smaller ball.

Critique: I would have not used the soccerball, and used something that wasn’t so hard. It was harder for the goalie to stop something so hard coming so fast.
