Applying for Financial Aid

  1. Complete the application for admission to Hesston College.
  2. Submit your high school and college transcripts and ACT or SAT scores.
  3. Watch for the Hesston College financial aid packet mailed in January. This packet has everything you need to apply for financial aid.

Student and parents should complete federal tax returns as soon as possible after January 1. FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) at FAFSA.gov. To obtain a PIN (personal identification number) to complete the FAFSA, visit www.pin.ed.gov. Early application is the key to getting the best financial aid package possible. Hesston College’s FASA school code is 001920.

For Kansas Residents, the FAFSA should be received at the processing center by April 1, which is the deadline for the Kansas Comprehensive Grant.

April 1 is also the awarding priority date for all applicants, so make sure you get the FAFSA completed by April 1.

Financial Aid is disbursed electronically in two payments to student accounts. One payment goes on student accounts early in the fall semester and one payment goes on student accounts early in the spring semester.
