In Addition …

As a man who has always found joy being outdoors, Caleb Loss is just as at ease in business and higher education environments. His most recent career trek was in July 2023, when he joined Hesston College as the vice president of finance and auxiliary services. He made his way north after serving at Wichita State University as the associate vice president of finance and operations for the Division of Industry & Defense Programs, which included the National Institute for Aviation Research (NIAR). Prior to that, Caleb also served as a procurement agent for the Boeing 787 project at Spirit AeroSystems. Caleb is a graduate of Wichita State University, where he received both his bachelor’s and master's degrees.

As the middle child of three boys, Caleb grew up constantly competing. They would compete with each other in just about anything, including basketball, card or board games, racing bikes and even paintball in the woods behind their house. He’s gained a little wisdom over the years, and with it, the drive to win has transformed into a desire to create business relationships and solutions that help build healthy communities. Caleb and his wife Michelle have four children who also enjoy being outside, camping, hiking, gardening, and playing music together at home.
