Your Role: The volleyball assistant coach is responsible for working individually with players to develop skill and assist the head coach in all aspects of the program. These duties include providing personalized support to the team, assisting in recruitment of athletes, helping with court and equipment maintenance, assisting with transportation and ensuring the health and safety of team members. As the roster grows the assistant will be the JV head coach.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree is required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous coaching experience is preferred.
