Hesston College seeks candidates with a passion for teaching in our groundbreaking School of Management program. As Business Professor, you would teach a variety of courses from accounting, economics and finance to business management, entrepreneurship, organizational development and leadership.

You will need to have a master’s degree or higher in business, accounting, economics or a related field, and previous teaching experience. If you are currently working on a master’s degree that may be considered as well. Additional desired qualifications include teaching experience and a commitment to student-centered instruction.
