Hesston College, an NAIA program and member of the Continental Collegiate Athletic Conference and National Christian College Athletic Association has an opening for a graduate assistant coach for cross-country and track.
The Cross-Country and Track Graduate Assistant will have duties that include, but not limited to, leading conditioning sessions in the weight room and on the track, teaching field event skills, assisting with athlete recruitment and assisting with team management and game day competitions. Other duties may be assigned by the head coach.
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree and possess strong communication skills. Previous experience in a coaching is preferred. Compensation includes room and board and an educational stipend.
