- Pay the I-901 fee as soon as possible now that you have received your I-20
- Apply for your students visa as soon as possible after paying your I-901 fee
- Schedule your interview
- Email us when your interview is scheduled
- Prepare for your visa interview
- Email us the result of your visa interview
Payment
- Pick a payment option
- Make a payment
International Immunization History
- Fill out the International Immunization History
- Receive the incomplete vaccinations from your family doctor
- Send us the scan of the most updated International Immunization History
Health Insurance
- Fill out the Geoblue Waiver Form if applicable
- Email us your waiver form and proof of other coverage
Travel Arrangements to Arrive
- Book a flight to ICT (Wichita, Kansas) or arrange a ride to Hesston College
- Send us your travel arrangement (late arrival is allowed only by previous arrangements)
Access MyHesston
- Once notified, login to MyHesston and Gmail by using your @hesston.edu email address as username. The password will be emailed to your personal email address.
