Student Life Office Manager

Are you passionate about college students and want to be a part of a team that helps them transition into the student life experience at Hesston College? The goal of our next Office Manager for Student Life is to ensure overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Student Life department. Reporting to the vice president of Student Life, you would be responsible for generating a welcoming atmosphere in the Student Life office where students, parents, team members and those that visit feel welcome to ask questions and seek information. In this role you would also serve as the communication liaison with departments across campus, supervise and complete timekeeping requirements for student workers and provide administrative support for this office.

To be successful in this position, you will need to be self-motivated, a proactive planner, organized and focused on customer service. Our goal is to find someone with a bachelor’s degree or at minimum an associate degree with experience using Excel, Google drive, and with data management systems (previous experience with institutional management software such as Jenzabar a plus).
