Hesston College seeks a full-time English Professor to teach all levels of composition, literature and direct the Honors Program. Additionally, online and hybrid courses may be part of a faculty member’s teaching obligations, including the development of new courses that meet the Hesston College standard of excellence in teaching, and the teaching of already-existing online courses.

Candidates should have a master’s degree or higher in English (Ph.D. preferred) and a commitment to Christian higher education and the mission and values of Hesston College. Additional desired qualifications include two years teaching experience at the collegiate level (graduate assistant/associate teaching experience will be considered) and a commitment to student-centered instruction. This 9-month position begins August 2023. Review of applications begins immediately and continues until filled.
