Director of Marketing and Communications

Are you a leader with marketing experience and written and oral communication skills who would enjoy driving the strategy for promoting Hesston College? The goal of our next Director of Marketing and Communication is to lead a team that will create and implement the marketing strategy and oversee college communications. This position supervises all phases of communication, from writing, graphic design, photography, website, etc. with the Hesston College brand identity.

To be successful in the position, you will need to have strong organizational, communication and relational skills, along with the ability to take initiative. Our goal is to find someone with a master’s degree or at minimum a bachelor’s degree with experience in supervision and using Excel, Google Drive and other project and data management systems. Previous knowledge of Hesston College will be helpful in this position. Some evening and weekend work is required.
