Hesston College seeks a Bookstore Manager for full-time position (9-month work agreement with limited summertime requirements). The Bookstore Manager oversees all aspects of the bookstore operation: budget, student workers, purchasing, financial reporting, promotion and marketing of supplies, clothing and merchandise, and the student post office. This position works within the point of sale and textbook software systems.
Requirements include general business skills, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and an emphasis on customer service. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and prior experience in retail is preferred. Applicant must demonstrate a commitment to Christian higher education and the mission and values of Hesston College.
