Associate Director of Marketing and Communications

Hesston College is looking for someone who is energetic and creative and is motivated to generate new and innovative marketing and communication strategies. Is that you? Your goal as the Associate Director of Marketing and Communications is to work collaboratively with our Marketing and Communications team and our customers across campus to implement marketing strategies for print and digital media. You would be expected to assess client satisfaction and implement improvements and work within our team to continually improve our effectiveness with internal and external audiences.

While our hope is that you come to the position with a bachelor’s degree and some work experience, our goal is that you have at least three years of experience working as a marketing professional, marketing officer, graphic designer or a similar role. We do ask that you have experience working within Adobe Creative Suite, and any experience working with Jenzabar, a student information system, is most helpful.
