Admissions Communications Coordinator

Are you passionate about higher education and helping students learn about and transition into Hesston College life? The goal for our next Communications Coordinator is to ensure communication workflows to our prospective students, an integral part of attracting students to our college. Reporting to the Vice President of Admissions, you would be responsible for building, fulfilling and tracking data of all admissions communication flows, liaising with our internal Marketing and Communication department and third-party vendors on the coordination, production and distribution of communication pieces and ensuring consistent and effective brand delivery to prospective students.

To be successful in this position, you will need to be self-motivated, organized and focused on customer service. Our goal is to find someone with a bachelor’s degree or at minimum an associate degree with experience using Excel, Google Drive and other data management systems.
