Hesston College seeks candidates with an interest in providing support to our groundbreaking School of Management program. As the Administrative Assistant for this program, you would provide support to the Director of the School of Management and faculty within the department, ensuring effective and efficient day-to-day operations. You would maintain records and reports, assist with events, coordinate travel itineraries, assist with recruiting students, communicate with faculty (including adjunct faculty) and provide budget management for the office suite.
To be successful in this position, you will need to be self-motivated, organized and focused on student success and community growth. Our goal is to find someone with a bachelor’s degree with experience using Google Workspace and the Microsoft Office Suite to manage data and multiple workflows. Make sure you detail any administrative office experience you have in your resume.
