Classrooms, lounges and building restrooms will be cleaned by facilities personnel every day, Monday through Friday.
At the beginning of each class, faculty members will provide disinfecting wipes for students to clean desk and chair surfaces, computer keyboards, etc. The professor will wipe door handles and other common classroom surfaces between classes. A ziploc bag with wipes will be in each classroom, most likely in a cupboard. When finished, the bag should be resealed and returned to the designated location.
Office spaces are cleaned weekly. Schedules will be communicated to each building as the schedule is finalized.
Between these scheduled weekly cleanings, all employees will take responsibility for cleaning their own office areas daily. Occupants of offices have access to the janitor closet in the building which can be unlocked using their office keys. Use pH7Q disinfectant spray to to disinfect tables, desks, chairs, door knobs, computer keyboards, etc. When finished, the bag should be resealed and returned to the designated location. If supplies run low, please contact the Campus Facilities department at ext. 8120.
Note: computer keyboards can be cleaned with pH7Q disinfectant spray. Apply sparingly to a paper towel, but make sure it is not excessively wet. PLEASE DO NOT use on laptop computers.
Each cleaning closet is stocked with necessary supplies to clean dormitory rooms and office areas. If supplies in these closets need to be replenished, please email email@example.com OR firstname.lastname@example.org or call extension 8120. Additional supplies (listed below) may also be requested by contacting the Campus Facilities Office at 8120.

Dorm Cleaning Routine

President’s House and Main Street House Cleaning Routine
House lounges and restrooms will be cleaned and disinfected by the student’s that live there.

All ventilation systems on campus use the highest grade Merv 8 filter that is allowed to be used without causing system damage. Filters are changed on a regular basis to maintain this quality standard.
Plexiglass guards have been placed in locations across campus. Contact Facilities Office to request additional plexiglass screens.
Water Fountain Access
Water fountains across campus will be shut down with the EXCEPTION OF: fountains in dormitory mod areas, fountains that have automatic fillers, and those in Yost Center gymnasium and Laban Peachey Center.
Vehicles will be wiped down with alternative wipes after each use by the driver.
Wipes will be kept in the vehicle for this purpose.
