The Softball Assistant Coach is responsible for coaching the pitching staff and assisting the head coach in all aspects of the program. These duties include providing personalized support to the team, assisting in recruitment of athletes, helping with field and equipment maintenance, assisting with transportation, and ensuring the health and safety of team members. As the roster grows, the assistant coach will be the head coach of the JV team.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree is required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous coaching experience is preferred.
