Food Service Office Manager

Hesston College seeks a Food Service Office Manager for help during the school year (9-month work agreement) beginning August 2019. Position includes approximately 30 to 40 hours per week, depending on candidate interest and qualifications, and requires evenings and weekend rotations. This position will oversee specific meal shifts and supervisor all student workers. Administrative duties include ordering products on a scheduled basis, managing banquet and special meal requests and creating and modifying recipes utilizing the recipe development system. Position will be required to work in the kitchen assisting staff on a regular basis. Previous experience in a commercial food setting preferred; administrative experience, to include basic computer knowledge, required.
