Dining Services Assistant/Cook

Hesston College seeks a Dining Services Assistant/Cook. This position will average 35 hours per week during the school year (9-month work agreement). Schedule will vary weekly, but includes day shifts, evening shifts and some weekend shifts. The assistant position will prepare meals from recipes, prep vegetables and assist the main cook. Some preferred qualities are customer service, baking, knife skills, equipment experience, food safety and recipe reading. Previous experience in a commercial food setting is preferred.
