ACCESS Lab Coordinator

Hesston College seeks applicants for a full-time ACCESS Lab Coordinator. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or higher, experience working in an educational setting and a commitment to Christian higher education and the mission and values of Hesston College. Additional desired qualifications include a relational and flexible approach to working with a wide variety of students, ability to take initiative and create support systems based upon student needs, attention to detail and ability to multitask, comfort with technology, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Responsibilities include researching, setting direction, training, supervising and evaluating study sessions for selected courses; organizing, training and supervising student tutors; maintaining the ACCESS Lab and the welcoming environment that it provides; collecting data and providing statistical analysis for the evaluation of Student Success initiatives; and coordinating testing and accommodations for students with disabilities.
