Women’s Soccer adds Lee’s Summit High senior to 2016 class

Paige Baucom signs a letter of intent to play soccer at Hesston College

Hesston College women’s soccer coach Bryan Kehr announces Paige Baucom, a senior midfielder at Lee’s Summit (Mo.) High School, as its newest addition.

A four-sport athlete in high school, Baucom led her soccer team in scoring as a freshman and sophomore, helping secure back-to-back undefeated seasons.

“We’re thrilled to sign Paige to a letter of intent,” Kehr said. “Paige loves soccer and loves to play. She’s a versatile player that can play midfield and forward. Her passion for soccer will be evident in her play next year.”

A four-year honor roll student, Baucom will study elementary education at Hesston. She is the daughter of John and Kim Baucom, Lee’s Summit, and is active in church youth groups and mission trips.

Hesston Women’s Soccer is coming off a record-breaking 15-6 season in 2015.
