Men’s cross country adds Marion (Kan.) senior

Jared Hague signs to run cross country for Hesston College.

Hesston College men’s cross country coach Gerry Sieber announces Jared Hague, a senior at Marion (Kan.) High School, as the newest addition to the Larks program.

A three-sport athlete at Marion High, Hague participated in cross country, basketball and golf. He was a key part of the 2012 Marion High team that advanced to the state meet.

“Jared is a well-rounded recruit for our team,” Sieber said. “He’s a good athlete, an outstanding student and quality person. He’ll be a welcome addition to our cross country family.”

A High Honor Roll student and National Honor Society member, Hauge will study science at Hesston.
