Hesston College volleyball coach Jessica Cleveland announced Samantha Rimann, a 5’8” defensive specialist/outside hitter from Liberty Hill (Texas) High School, as the newest addition to the Larks program.
Voted District 8-3A MVP in 2012, Rimann took home first-team all-state honors following a stellar senior season. An academic all-state selection, Rimann will study kinesiology at Hesston.
“Samantha is a versatile player that can be relied on for various positions,” Cleveland said. “She has a strong court sense and is consistent with her skills. Her laid back and funny personality will help the team in pressure situations. I’m excited to see her excel at the college level.”
Rimann attends Fellowship Baptist Church in Liberty Hill. She is the daughter of Dan and Sara Rimann, Liberty Hill.
