Comparison of A and B:

Comparison of "What Matters Most" (Session A) with What We Do Best (Session B) shows the things we value most are the things we do best in most cases. One can see that what was said is done best connects to the values the Visioneering Groups saw as important at Hesston College, as shown below.
One difference between the two is that there were 20 comments on #5 the Importance of Church and Constituency Relationships and 10 comments on the "What We Do Best" theme #6 on Developing Church/Alumni/Parent Relationships. Also, on the "What We Do Best" theme, there were 21 comments on #3 Providing Opportunities for Leadership and Service. This did not emerge as a specific theme in "What Matters Most" but could relate to several of the mentioned themes (#1, 2 and 4).

Comparison of Visioneering Groups with the Faculty/Staff Retreat Summary:

The internal perspective of faculty and staff can be compared with the external perspective of Hesston College by looking at the Summary of the same data from the Faculty/Staff retreat. The information contained here and in that report could be used as a basis for further discussion by faculty and staff and/or other groups related to the college.
