Observations:

The themes "That Matter Most" seemed to emerge clearly and fit together. There were not comments from groups that did not connect to these topics, which suggests employees generally have similar values at the institution.
The themes are ordered according to the number of comments related to each theme. These seem to reflect what faculty and staff value highly at HC. The themes 5 and 6 are also valued but represent less than 10% as the "Post it Notes".
Another way of analyzing the data is to group the Student Success, Growth, and Change (13.5%) with the Striving for Excellence (9.5%) theme making 17 notes (23%) in this regard to student educational growth and academic excellence.

Summary:

"What Matters Most" to the Faculty and Staff is serving and working together in a ministry to develop a supportive Christ-centered community that develops relationships among all groups on and off campus. (70% notes) The student growth and change combined with the academic excellence theme represented (23% notes).
