In Addition …
Being a resident director at Hesston College is an experience like no other. I began in August of 2010 and am enjoying the interactions on campus, which include Ultimate Frisbee, music, and most definitely Mario Kart on Nintendo 64. I am originally from a farm near Hutchinson, Kan., and spent most every summer working for my parents there. In 2003, I participated in Eastern Mennonite Mission’s YES program, serving in Cambodia for six months teaching English and working with the local youth group. After my return, I completed my bachelor’s in Communications and Biblical/Religious Studies from Tabor College in 2008. Then in late July of 2010, I married a most wonderful young lass, Joy Gehman, from Lancaster, Pa., who resides with me here on campus.
When I’m not working, I enjoy playing my guitar, hiking/camping, and playing all sorts of games which may include: bocce, croquet, Frisbee, Spades, Ticket to Ride, etc...you name it, I’ll play it.
