In the estate planning process, perhaps no objective is more critical than the maximization of gifts and assets passed to family members while simultaneously minimizing estate taxes and settlement costs. Leaving the legacy you intended to family and community requires skillful planning.
Using state-of-the-art computerized models for estate planning, plans are customized to fit your needs. The planning process is free of charge to the client. No products such as life insurance or securities are sold nor does the foundation share in the commission on the sale of these products. Clients choose their own attorney, insurance, and securities providers.
