300 South Main. In 1918, T.M. and Lizzie Erb bought this home. Mabel Erb Kauffman later lived here and boarded students. Present home of Michele Hershberger. |
308 South Main. After T.M. Erb died in 1929, Lizzie Erb moved from 300 South Main to this house. |
320 South Main. Built by J.D. and Amelia Charles in 1909. The Charles family lived here until J.D. died in 1923. Students also boarded here. |

202 Academy. "The Elms" was built by Menno Weaver, then owned by J.A. and Etta Cooprider, Alvin and Gertrude Blough. Also used as men's dorm. Present home of Bill and Susie Swartley.
