Thursday, September 29, 2016, Hesston Golf Park, 520 Yost Drive
Join alumni and friends at the Hesston College Homecoming Golf Benefit. The event kicks off Homecoming Weekend, Home Sweet Hesston, Sept. 29 to Oct. 2.
This year’s benefit will honor the Excel Industries, Inc., family for many years of support of Hesston College. Excel was founded in 1959 by Jonathan Mast. In the early 60s, Roy Mullet ’61, Doug Stutzman Ac57 and Cal Redekop, former social sciences instructor, became involved with the company as owners and employees. The Mullet family bought a partial interest in the company in 1961, and members of the Mullet family continue to be involved as owners and senior management, including President and CEO Paul Mullet ’70, Senior Vice President and COO Bob Mullet Ac63, ’65 and Vice President of Operations and Continuous Improvement Luke Roth-Mullet ’99, Hesston College Board of Directors member.
Since its founding and over the last 56 years, Excel has supported and been an advocate for the Hesston Experience. Hesston College is grateful for the many ways Excel has partnered with the college and shown support for students over the years.
