The 500 Club is an 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course that challenges and excites golfers of all abilities. The Brian Whitcomb design is continually rated one of the best recreational values in the Valley of the Sun and a true Arizona golf experience.

Join the important cause of supporting student financial aid for Hesston College students at the seventh annual National Golf benefit Saturday, March 12 at The 500 Club in Glendale, Ariz. The four-person scramble features fun, wonderful prizes, fellowship and food at a top notch course.

Tentative Schedule

golfers at a Hesston College golf benefit6:30 a.m. – Registration

6:45 to 7:15 a.m. – Driving range open

7:30 a.m. – Start

noon – Chicken barbecue lunch time approximate, based on tournament finish


Awards will be given for:

  • 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place
  • Closest to the pin – two for men and two for women
  • Longest drive – two for men and one for women
  • Longest putt

Registration and sponsorships

  • Registration is $125 per golfer or $450 for a four-person team includes golf cart with GPS, driving range, sleeve of two golf balls, two drink tickets, meal, door prizes. Lunch only price: $20 each. Register online
  • Hole sponsorships for $250
  • Green sponsorships for $400
  • Registration deadline is March 9


Golfers and non-golfers can purchase tickets ($5/ticket, $50/15 tickets) for exciting raffle prizes. You do not have to be present to win. 2015 prizes included:

  • Kennedy Space Center Astronaut Training Experience including four-night stay and airfare for two
  • Two-day training at Bob Bondurant School of Driving
  • Arizona Coyotes 12-seat suite
  • Sonoran Desert Hot Air Balloon ride and catered breakfast for two
  • Set of new golf clubs and bag
  • Construction package consisting of cordless DeWalt power tools
  • Coffee basket
  • And more!
