Success Stories - Andrea Herrera

Beginning my college education at Hesston College was a great decision. As a third-year medical student at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, I know that I received at Hesston the challenging educational foundation that has helped me succeed in medical school. At Hesston College, I was not just challenged academically, but spiritually as well.
   As a physician, I will be faced with difficult ethical issues every day. The time I spent at Hesston College helped me learn how to apply the Bible to these important issues.
   I also feel I have a strong spiritual foundation that has prepared me to make difficult decisions in a more Christ-like way. I truly believe I will be a better physician because of my experiences at Hesston College.
