History

The History major at Hesston is offered through the History department. Hesston offers a four-year transfer program in History which can also serve as the foundation for a degree in secondary education, political science, journalism, business, library science, or pre-law.

Hesston's small classes offer students excellent opportunities for interaction with faculty and other students. History majors take a variety of history courses alongside writing, science, Bible, communication, and science courses. History studies and a well-rounded general education program prepare them for their junior and senior years and beyond.
