Hesston College

Athletics

baseball player running homeDon't let the name fool you, Larks can get pretty feisty... and we're just talking about the student section at games. So imagine what our teams can do.

Athletics come alive at Hesston in ways that will probably surprise you. It is an opportunity for the entire campus community to come together and have fun, and show the world what spirit and pride are all about.

At the same time, athletics at Hesston provide outlets for student-athletes to show what they can do at a very competitive level. Here, it's about access to varsity-level, intercollegiate sports… but it's also about tough, spirited competition.

Chelsea Jackson playing basketball

"Playing basketball at Hesston has meant so much to me. Of course we care about winning, but there's so much more to it than that. It's about trusting each other, having patience, working through really tough and challenging situations together as a team. We all know that at the end of the day we're accomplishing so much more than just winning or losing a game."
