2004 European Chorale--week 1 (May 1-8)
Week 2, 3, 4

Saturday, May 1 - Perform a "Bon Voyage" concert at Hesston Mennonite Church during Commencement weekend.

Sunday, May 2 - Sing at Hesston College Commencement in Yost Center.

Tuesday, May 4 - Depart for Europe! Our transatlantic flight to Europe will depart from Chicago in the late afternoon. On our overnight flight we will enjoy snacks, dinner, stereo music, a movie, and breakfast as we wing our way to Europe.

Wednesday, May 5 - After our arrival in Amsterdam, we will transfer for our flight to Lithuania. Arrive Vilnius, capital city of Lithuania in the afternoon. Check into the hotel and then explore "Old Town." Exchange money at a bank for Lithuanian Litas.

Thursday, May 6 - Visit KGB museum and "Old Town" churches. Prepare for our first concert on our European tour at the Jesuit Church of St. Casimir in Vilnius.

Friday, May 7 - Visit Trakai Castle and drive to Siauliai. Visit the "Hill of Crosses." Then on to the coastal city of Klaipeda along the Baltic Sea. Here we will meet our hosts, Jim and Virginia Mininger, former Academic Dean of Hesston College, and other Hesston residents, Dave and Phyllis Rhodes and Scott Barge. Lodging for the next three nights in Lithuania Christian College dorms.

Saturday, May 8 - Explore the city of Klaipeda and the beach.
