Mission/Objectives of Hesston College Archives
- Promote awareness and study of Hesston College’s history
- Preserve and organize the college’s paper and electronic records, photographs, media, and artifacts of historical and enduring value
- Provide research assistance to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and constituency
- Administer a records retention schedule for academic departments and administrative offices
- Assure proper climate control for records according to the standards of the National Historical Publications & Record Commission (NHPRC)
