The Hesston College L.E.A.D. program provides educational services and related activities focused upon older adults. L.E.A.D. works with Schowalter Villa Retirement Center, the Hesston Golden Agers, the Hesston Area Seniors, and area churches in the development of this program. While these services and activities are generally focused upon older adults most if not all of them attract people from other age groups.
