Welcome to the Physics Class Home Page:
The physics class involves discussion of the general principles of physics, laboratory experiments, homework on the
Internet with WebAssign, and a research project.
(Of course tests and an exam too.)
Research Project:
As part of the course the students do a research project using the Internet and other sources. They make presentations to the class at midterm using the Internet showing their work and links to other sites.
Publishing the Research on the Web:
At the end of the semester the student creates a home page for the research
topic and links to their research paper and other works on the Internet. If you
click on the upper right corner you can see the topics and web pages the
students have put on the Internet. The credit for these pages goes to the students who have put together these interesting sites.
Your Comments and Feedback are Desired:
If you would like to reply to the college in regard to this site or students research
work do so by clicking on their email link
below and I will share your responses with the student. If you have questions about
the Physics Department or Hesston College click on the appropriate link at the bottom of the
this page.
Enjoy!
Hope you enjoy the variety of topics and research presentations!
