Health and Fitness Tips
This website is designed to provide students with useful, healthful information. It is meant to be a resource for both personal interest as well as class enhancement. Topics that will be covered will span a variety of wellness areas including physical, social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual health.
The first two years of college are considered transitional years for traditional college students. It is during these years that students begin making decisions on their own about engaging in healthy lifestyles. Unfortunately, in today's society, diseases that used to be reserved for adults are occurring in the college age student and younger. This heightens the need for all of us to be more aware and proactive concerning our health at early ages.
Our hope is that you find the podcasts and information provided useful and helpful in enhancing your health.
