Interests and Hobbies
International Experiences:
- Extensive international experience, having grown up in Paraguay
and having traveled in South America, Europe, Asia and Russia.
- Education through high school was in Spanish and German.
- Traveled to South America most every year since leaving Paraguay
in 1965.
- 1985-86, sabbatical year in London, England, Kings College London;
History and Philosophy of Science.
- 1995-96, sabbatical year at Philips University in Marburg, Germany,
directing the Brethren Colleges Abroad Program.
- Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading German, Spanish and English.
Hobbies Include
- Stained glass construction
- International traveling
- Antiques collection and restoration
