Alumni Don Cressman '78 and Curt Epp '89 speak to aviation students, faculty, and alumni at the program's Aviation as Mission weekend. Cressman flies for Air Serv International. He formerly served as v.p. for intl. flight operations. Epp is a Cessna Citation demonstration pilot.
Students enjoy lunch at the hangar between presentations.
Pete Roseberry '94 (standing), a pilot for Continental Express, talks with Josh Hess-Yoder, a 2000 Hesston aviation grad and a former aviation instructor (2000-2003), also a Continental Express pilot. "A lot of pilots have good morals," Roseberry said in his presentation. "But I haven't met many who are Christians. It's tough to be a Christian pilot, especially with the locker room environment in the industry. It's hard to maintain a clear, pure mind, and to be true and honest in your marriage."
Aviation faculty member and Aviation as Mission planner Don Woodward (center) visits with Julie Cressman and Curt Epp.
Audience members listen to Curt Epp's presentation.
