- Assist college archivist with specific duties as assigned
- The college has received a foundation grant to assist in getting old records in
order as part of the college's centennial preparation (to be celebrated during the
2009-2010 school year). The grant request included the accumulation of volunteer
hours needed to accomplish much of the detail work. The first order of need is to
identify and categorize photographs. Other tasks include affixing labels on church
blueprints that have been sent to the college for permanent storage, and transferring
the contents of old file folders into ones that will protect the contents over
extended periods of time. Flexible schedule.
