Bio
Brendan is in his second season as assistant men's basketball coach. Coach Danker is a native of Herndon, Va., and a 1999 graduate of Eastern Mennonite University (Harrisonburg, Va.). After earning his bachelor's degree in psychology, Danker went on to work for Keppler Speakers, a high-profile lecture agency in Arlington, Va. There he negotiated and coordinated speaking engagements for celebrities and prominent national and international figures.
In June 2006, Coach Danker, along with his wife Stephanie (Harvey), a Hesston College alumna, moved from northern Virginia to Hesston. Coach Danker is in his second and final year of graduate studies toward a master's degree in Sport Administration from Wichita State University. In addition to his coaching duties this year, he also directs the intramural sports program and interns in the athletic department as part of his master's degree program.
In his spare time, Coach Danker enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
