Women’s Soccer strengthens ties to Japan

Miho Okuda
Hesston College women’s soccer coach Bryan Kehr announces Miho Okuda, a central defender from Japan, as the latest addition to the program.
“Miho comes to us through coach Kanae Haneishi and coach Miyuki, Kehr said. “Players trained by Haneishi have been very technically skilled and have contributed a lot to our teams. We’re excited to have Miho join the Larks this fall.”
“Just like other Japanese players in the past who have played for Hesston, Miho is not only a good player, but also a great person and student who will make a positive impact,” said coach Haneishi.
The Larks are coming off a record-breaking 15-6 campaign in 2015.
