Hesston College women’s soccer coach Bryan Kehr announced Kassandra Guerrero, a central defender and recent graduate of Fort Lupton (Colo.) High School, as the newest member of the Larks program.

An all-conference honorable mention selection and Defensive Player of the Year in 2012, Guerrero was an all-league honorable mention performer as a senior.

“I’m excited for Kassandra to join the program,” Kehr said. “I believe she’ll make a positive contribution on the field and in the classroom.”

Guerrero attends a Pentecostal Assemblies of God church where she is active in worship band and children’s church.

Guerrero is the daughter of Efrain Guerrero, Fort Lupton.
