Alyssa Newswanger, an Ephrata (Pa.) High School graduate, has signed a letter of intent to play soccer at Hesston College.

An honor roll student during all four years of high school, Newswanger attends New Life Fellowship Church in Ephrata and is involved with the youth group and nursery there.

“Alyssa is a versatile player who will give us depth at a variety of positions, including keeper,” said Hesston coach Bryan Kehr. “I’m excited to have her join the program and the Hesston campus community.”

Newswanger is the daughter of Roger and Sheila Newswanger, Ephrata.
